I like the hotel is clean, staff was nice, and room was clean . I enjoy that the pool was heated and able to enjoy at 9:00am after we had breakfast. Also the location was perfect, we were planning to stay in palm springs at first, but this place at Palms Desert was a good price and good rating , so decided to give it a try. By the photos I thought it was apart from the main area but to my surprise there are stores restaurants and walking distance to Walmart, Target and even the mall.

Reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was good value for money and ideally situated for what we had planned to do in and around the local area before returning to LAX for our flight home. The breakfast selection was just right and the coffee was great.

We had a fantastic experience. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were all wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary daily breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious variety of options that made starting the day a treat. The location is perfect, just a short walk to great shopping and delicious food options. I would definitely be happy to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

The room was spacious. The room was clean. The coffee area and desk were nice additions. The trundle bed and couch were cool. Loved that I could lay down on the couch if I needed a different space.

The room was nice. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Had a couple of hot breakfast items, egg and cheese omelet, and sausage. Other choices were bagels and toast, oatmeal, cereal, and an assortment of fruits. Coffee was ok, only offered plain creamer. I wish they had some flavored ones! The hotel is close by many things to do in Palm Desert. Didn't use the pool. It actually looked a bit murky and had a ton of kids in it, so we avoided that. Our room was right above the pool, and the pool didn't close until 11pm, so it was quite busy and loud, making it a bit hard to fall asleep. Overall decent place, decent price. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Springhill Suites Palm Desert is in a good location with access to everything you want. Shopping district, malls, and restaurants are all near this location. Palm Springs is a short drive up Hwy 111.

Breakfast was great. They had a lot of options especially for kids. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. They have 24 hour gym and pool is open late. Will definitely recommend. Lots of shopping stores and restaurants near by. Great location !

The property was very clean and easy to navigate. The staff were warm and welcoming. There were so many stores around us to easily find what we required. The breakfast was good and also had a gluten free muffin option which was wonderful. The pool was nice and relaxing. The gym had enough equipment to have a great workout.
